It is our pleasure to welcome your company as an exhibitor to SHSMD Connections 2025 taking place October 12-14 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION & HOUSING

All exhibitors will receive an email from the SHSMD Registration Team with access to the Exhibitor Portal in June.

 

A block of hotel rooms will be available to all registrants at a discounted rate. You must first complete exhibitor registration for the conference to reserve housing for the conference. The link to book your accommodation will only be included in your registration confirmation.

 

SERVICE MANUAL

All exhibitors will receive an email from The Expo Group with login instructions to the Online Service Center in June.

 

What Furnishing Come With Your Booth?

A Standard Exhibit Booth does not come with any furnishings. Floor coverings are required for SHSMD events. Additional services including wireless internet and electricity may also be purchased with the launch of the services kit. The Exhibit Booth includes:

  • All booth spaces are based on a 10’x10’ configuration and multiples of the same
  • An 8’ back drape, 3’ side rails, 7×44” booth identification sign
  • General perimeter security
  • Pre-conference attendee mailing list for one-time use (no emails or phone numbers)
  • Exhibitor description and website link on the SHSMD conference website
  • 100-word listing in the SHSMD Connections Mobile App
  • Complimentary 12-month company profile in the online SHSMD Company Directory

As an exhibiting company at SHSMD Connections 2025, Exhibitors receive (2) complimentary Exhibitor Full Conference badges per 10' x 10' booth space purchased.

 

Please note: 

  • Badges allow your employees to enter the Solution Center for Exhibitor Move-In, Show Hours and Exhibitor Move-Out.
  • These badges are for your company employees only. They may not be given or transferred to other conference attendees. 
  • Badges must be worn at all times in the Solution Center and are required for access to the exhibit hall.
  • Exhibitor badge types allow access to SHSMD Connections, beginning October 10 at 2:00 p.m.

LEAD RETRIEVAL 

Lead retrieval will be available through the registration portal. Once you log in to the registration portal, you will have the opportunity to buy and assign lead retrieval licenses.

BOOTH PAYMENT

The Primary Contact/Billing Contact listed on your contract will be sent an invoice from SHSMD’s invoicing & collection team in the coming weeks with the subject line “Your SHSMD invoice is ready.” If you have any questions regarding your invoice, or remittance instructions, please reach out to Pat Brayley at pbrayley@smithbucklin.com. Your payment is due within 30 days of receipt of your invoice, per the SHSMD Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, Section 4.
